Description
The 3-star Hotel Pian del Bosco is situated in a panoramic position 600 meters above sea level on the south-western slope below the rocky town of Perticara in the heart of Montefeltro. The former farmhouse dates back to 1818 and the restaurant serves typical regional specialties. Homemade pasta, meat dishes (kilometer zero) and a delicious pizza cut with scissors in the evening. Several travel reports from TF 3/2012 onwards about the surrounding area can be found on the homepage. The pool with a view over the Apennine hills, including the sunset, provides a pleasant way to cool down after the impressive tour. Six specialty beers from Forst and Weihenstephan are on tap to quench your thirst. The German host provides information about the area and tour suggestions, including GPS data.
