We recommend using a pseudonym instead of your clear name. The user name and e-mail address are required, all further information is voluntary. The storage is necessary for us to be able to defend ourselves against liability claims in cases of a possible publication of illegal content. Comments are not reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to delete comments if they are objected to as unlawful by third parties.

(2) When writing your comment, you can check our e-mail service. This will inform you when other users leave a comment on the post. For this service, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure, i.e. you receive an e-mail in which you must confirm that you are the owner of this e-mail address and wish to receive the notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link contained in the email. Your personal data, including e-mail address, time of registration for the Service and your IP address will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the Notice Service.

In addition, you can sign in via your third-party Facebook, Twitter or Google accounts. If you register using the access data of a third party provider, he will also process your personal data, although we do not know the details. Disqus provides us with the data collected through the comment function. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. Terms of use: help.disqus.com/customer/portal/articles/466260-terms-of-service/; Further information on the processing of your data can be found in the provider's privacy policy: help. disqus.com/customer/portal/articles/466259-privacy-policy.]

Use of our webshop

(1) If you would like to order in our web shop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you enter your personal data, which we need for the processing of your order. Failure to provide the information may result in legal disadvantages for you, such as failure to fulfill a subscription contract. Mandatory information required for the execution of contracts is marked separately, further information is voluntary. We process the data provided by you in order to process your order. We can pass on your payment data to our house bank for this purpose. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.

You can voluntarily create a customer account through which we can store your data for future purchases. When you create an account under "My account", the data provided by you will be stored revocably.

(2) We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, after two years we will restrict the processing, i.e. your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.

Use of our portal

(1) If you wish to use our portal, you must register by entering your e-mail address, a self-chosen password and your freely selectable user name. There is no obligation to use a clear name, a pseudonymous use is possible. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for registration, i.e. your registration is only complete after you have confirmed your registration by clicking on the link contained in a confirmation e-mail sent to you for this purpose. The provision of the aforementioned data is mandatory, all further information you can provide voluntarily by using our portal.

(2) If you use the portal, your data may become accessible to other participants of the portal according to the contractual service. Non-registered members will not receive any information about you. Your [username and photo] are visible to all registered members, regardless of whether you have approved them or not. On the other hand, your entire profile with the data you have released is visible to all members who have confirmed you as a personal contact. If you make content accessible to your personal contacts that you do not send by means of a private message, this content can be viewed by third parties as long as your personal contact has given permission. As far as you post contributions in public groups, these are visible for all registered members of the portal.

Newsletter

(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about our current interesting offers. The goods and services advertised are specified in the declaration of consent.

(2) We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to register for our newsletter. This means that after your registration we will send you an e-mail to the given e-mail address in which we will ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. In addition, we store the IP addresses you use and the dates of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.

(3) Your e-mail address is the only mandatory information for sending the newsletter. The indication of further, separately marked data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. After your confirmation we save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO.

(4) You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and cancel the newsletter. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter e-mail, by sending an e-mail to service@nitschke-verlag.de or by sending a message to the contact details given in the imprint.

(5) We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behaviour when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent one-pixel image files stored on our website. For the evaluations we link the data and the web beacons with your e-mail address and an individual ID.

Links received in the newsletter also contain this ID.

The data is collected exclusively under a pseudonym, so the IDs are not linked to your other personal data, a direct personal reference is excluded.

The information is stored as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After a deregistration we store the data purely statistically and anonymously.

Such tracking is also not possible if you have deactivated the display of images in your e-mail program by default. In this case, the newsletter will not be displayed completely and you may not be able to use all functions. If you display the images manually, the above tracking is performed.]

web analytics

Use of Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. "("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymization is enabled on this website, Google will previously truncate your IP address within member states of the European Union or other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services to website operators relating to website activity and internet usage.

(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.

(3) You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

(4) You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is set to prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics.

(5) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are further processed in a shortened form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references. If the data collected about you is related to a person, this is excluded immediately and the personal data is deleted immediately.

(6) We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained will enable us to improve our services and make them more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Terms of use: www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html, Privacy Statement: www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/learn/privacy.html, and Privacy Statement: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

(8) This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows conducted via a User ID. You can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your use in your customer account under "My data", "Personal data".

social media

(1) We are currently using the following social media plug-ins: [Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Xing, LinkedIn]. We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. You can recognize the provider of the plug-in by the mark on the box above its initial letter or the logo. We offer you the possibility to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in via the button. Only if you click on the marked field and thereby activate it will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online service. In the case of Facebook and Xing, the IP address is made anonymous immediately after collection, according to information provided by the respective providers in Germany. By activating the plug-in, your personal data is transferred to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the case of US providers in the USA).

(2) We have no influence on the collected data and data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing, the storage periods. Also for the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider no information is available to us.

(3) The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the design of its website according to requirements. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (also for users who are not logged in) in order to display demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. Through the plug-ins we offer you the possibility to interact with social networks and other users, so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

(4) The data transfer takes place regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, your data collected by us will be directly assigned to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you press the activated button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and communicates it publicly to your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, especially before activating the button, as this allows you to avoid being assigned to your profile by the plug-in provider.

Use of Google Adwords Conversion

(1) We use the services of Google Adwords to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Adwords) on external websites. In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. We pursue with it the interest to show you advertisement which is of interest for you, to make our web page more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.

(2) These advertising media are delivered by Google via so-called "Ad Servers". For this purpose we use Ad Server Cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters such as the display of ads or clicks by users. If you access our website via a Google advertisement, Google Adwords stores a cookie in your PC. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. The unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values for this cookie.

(3) These cookies enable Google to recognize your Internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an AdWords customer's website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer may recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was directed to that page. Each Adwords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced via the websites of Adwords customers. We ourselves do not collect and process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. On the basis of these evaluations, we can identify which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising media, in particular we cannot identify the users on the basis of this information.

(4) Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the extent and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of AdWords Conversion, Google receives the information that you have called the relevant part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may find out and store your IP address.

(5) You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways: a) by setting your browser software accordingly, in particular by suppressing third party cookies so that you do not receive advertisements from third parties; b) by deactivating cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com", www.google.de/settings/ads, where this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by disabling the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the About Ads self-regulatory campaign through the link www.aboutads.info/choices, where this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; d) by permanently disabling it in your Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers through the link www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We draw your attention to the fact that in this case you may not be able to make full use of all the functions of this offer.

(6) The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. You can find further information on data protection at Google here: www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and services.google.com/sitestats/de.html. remarketing

Besides Adwords Conversion we use the application Google Remarketing. This is a procedure with which we would like to address you again. This application allows you to display our advertisements after visiting our website when you continue to use the Internet.
